What we do

One team.
Three engines.

Good music is the starting point. We build the story, tools and campaign system that help the right press, partners and fans discover it.

PR & Promotion

Release campaigns built around relevance, not inbox volume.

  • Single, EP and album campaigns
  • Press releases and editorial angles
  • Targeted media outreach and follow-up
  • Reviews, interviews and premieres
  • Tour, video and band-news promotion
  • Campaign monitoring and reporting

Artist Development

The structure and guidance a serious band needs behind the music.

  • Positioning and twelve-month roadmaps
  • EPK, biography and one-sheet
  • Technical and hospitality riders
  • Label and partner research
  • Booking and tour opportunity support
  • Selective long-term management

Marketing & Creative

Turn attention into owned audience, ticket sales and merch revenue.

  • Campaign strategy and paid media
  • Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube
  • Short-form video and campaign content
  • Artist websites and fan capture
  • Merch concepts and visual systems
  • Analytics and monthly optimisation

The Metallized difference

Not an email blast. A growth system.

We combine metal-specific media knowledge with practical marketing execution and long-term artist development.

Your campaign is shaped by genre, story, territory and career stage. Every contact has a reason. Every asset has a purpose. Every result is documented.

Genre-nativeWe understand the difference between doom, death, black, prog, power, core and everything between.
Country-targetedOutreach is matched to language, territory, audience and editorial format.
Band-ownedYour EPK, audience data, campaign assets and systems remain yours.
HonestWe sell skilled work and access—not guaranteed reviews, streams or deals.

How it works

From raw release
to real momentum.

A clear four-stage workflow keeps the campaign focused, measurable and useful beyond release day.

01 / PREPARE

Find the angle

We audit the band, audience, assets and goals, then build the narrative, timeline and campaign plan.

02 / PACKAGE

Build the tools

Press copy, EPK, pitch materials, visual assets and channels are made release-ready.

03 / AMPLIFY

Reach the right people

We pitch selected media, coordinate opportunities and connect coverage with social and paid activity.

04 / GROW

Keep what works

We report outcomes, identify traction and turn the campaign into the next practical growth step.

Built for international reach

Global map.
Local relevance.

Our working media database spans established magazines, independent webzines, fanzines, radio shows, podcasts, YouTube channels and social-first pages. It is organised by territory, language, reach, content type and current activity.

That means a Finnish melodic-death release, a Brazilian thrash band and a Japanese doom project should never receive the same generic campaign.

Who it is for

Serious bands.
At every stage.

You do not need a major-label budget. You do need strong music, clear goals and the willingness to do the work.

What we never promise

Guaranteed reviews, playlist placements, record deals, streams or festival slots. Editorial and industry decisions always remain independent.

  • 01Independent bands preparing their first professional release campaign
  • 02Established underground acts expanding into new countries
  • 03Touring bands that need release, concert and merch marketing to work together
  • 04Labels and managers seeking a heavy-music campaign partner
  • 05Artists who need structure, positioning and professional industry materials

Straight answers

Before we
turn it up.

How early should we start a release campaign?

Ideally eight to twelve weeks before an album or EP, and six to eight weeks before a single. If your release is closer, we can assess what is still realistic and build a focused plan.

Do you guarantee reviews or playlist placements?

No. We guarantee professional preparation, relevant targeting, active pitching, follow-up and transparent reporting. Journalists, editors, curators and partners always make their own decisions.

Do we need a label?

No. Metallized is designed to work with independent artists as well as labels and management teams. The campaign is built around the quality and readiness of the project.

Can you manage all our social media?

Yes, as a separate ongoing service. We can also provide a lighter system where your band creates the raw content and we handle strategy, editing, scheduling and optimisation.

Is full artist management available?

Long-term management is selective and offered only where goals, working style and growth potential are a strong mutual fit. Artist-development consulting is available without an exclusive management agreement.

Which countries do you cover?

Campaign scope can be regional or international. We select territories based on genre, language, existing audience, tour plans and realistic opportunity—not simply the largest possible contact count.
